Sometimes my Debian Sarge 3.1 refuses to eject the cd inside the drive. Is there a foolproof command to eject the cd?
cdcontrol acd0 eject -- but even that won't work if the CD is in use. E.g., if you've got an open file or if you're in its mount directory. -- Daniel O.
