http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/ has the info on that.  You need to
get a .jigdo file which has the list of packages for the produced CD
image.  Again, depending on which suite you get (in this case etch,) the
.jigdo files will be updated to the current milestone: for etch, this is
d-i rc2.

Jigdo works with 2 files. One is the *.jigdo file and the other is the
corresponding *.template files. The template files are larger because
they contain all the information jigdo needs in order to assemble the
iso. Its a fixed list actually so if there are any newer versions of
the file/package that should go in the iso you're going to need to
download the newer .jigdo and .template files. Also you won't need to
download the template files separately because jigdo can there care of
that.
