The mailing list services have been transferred to a different server. linux.org.ph DNS changes will still be effected, but the old server is on standby, redirecting HTTP requests and relaying mail. Until respective DNS caches are refreshed, HTTP connections will only work for clients who have a fresh copy of the lists.hosting.qsr.com.ph address.
