Hi, Looks like there are very basic differences in the images. vendor jpg image is 1336 × 1336 ppi 8 bit RGB image. And your png image is 52.598 × 52.598 pixels/mm 16 bit but grayscale image. You might be loosing lot of image information due to selection of grayscale.
You can also use https://pixelcalculator.com for some computation or references.
