While many of us have successfully installed and used Linux desktop on Lenovo Thinkpads and other models; it is great to see mainstream hardware vendors *recognize* Linux desktop as an alternative to the incumbent OS and support it officially! IIRC, Dell has been shipping Ubuntu on the XPS line (not dual boot) for quite a few years now.
