I normally prefer mupdf, which is fast and has convenient key bindings etc.
Now I have got a wide screen and wish to use the dual page feature, which mupdf doesn't have. I get that with evince, but can't get rid of the toolbar at the top i.e. there is no dual page fullscreen mode in evince. (Or is there?) There is an ancient adobe acrobat version for Linux which meets the requirement of dual page fullscreen mode. However this reader is terribly slow. Any suggestons?
