1) Have superior Linux knowledge (CentOS/RHEL preferred) 2) Be able to write scripts in Bash high knowledge of variables, scripting 3) Have previously supported a PHP/LAMP stack environment - (2 years at least preferred, but not mandatory) 4) Understand the co relation of every component of the LAMP stack 5) Understand and interpret code/coding/development best practices 6) Be able to provide innovative solutions 7) Be able to customize the Linux kernel (s/w, application level kernel customization) 8) Be able to secure the platform against coding malpractices, DoS and other external threats This position is based in Kolkata and the compensation is more than competitive (approx 15L to 20L, based on expertise/experience including relocation) and I would request anyone interested to write with an updated copy of your resume to 'devops...@gmail.com'.
