He was active on PLUG mailing list and used to come to the meetings. Some months back, he conducted some workshops on Kernel programming in Pune University. In Nov. 2012, he had a session in the PLUG meeting itself. Till a few months back, he was in KPIT, Pune and then he shifted back to his place in Thanjavur. His untimely death is a great loss to PLUG and the FOSS community. May god rest his soul in peace.
