GnuPG is compliant with RFC 4880 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4880>, which is the current IETF < https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Engineering_Task_Force> standards track specification of OpenPGP <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenPGP>. You can discuss about on going efforts at different places /levels for popularization of FOSS. Share your experience about it. You can discuss about conducting some program based on FOSS technology at your college/ place. You can share your experiences about new Distributions, hardware compatibility issues etc. One can exchange CDs, DVDs of new versions. All are welcome to attend the meeting.
