With due respect to all the people who are working on this project , i do not think it still cuts out for either end users or community use , has been there any psychometric analysis on the benefits of taking these tutorials , numbers are good but they themselves do not speak about how it was successful or helpful n achieving the goals , i would be more than happy to analyze , interview and do this study . sort of a report card , which can help the decision makers in spending the rupee on the things that matter the most. Not only LibreOffice, you can download tutorials on Linux and other FOSS > system.
