Interesting article and interesting question Mayuresh. I always thought Meego had potential, but somehow Industry leaders apparently don't thinj so. As foe sale is considered, what it must mean is owning the Meefo infrastructure like the developers, build servers, code hosting , maintainence responsibilities, etc, which us currently funded by Intel.
