Hi All Yesterday night, i tried to establish a connection with my mysql database from jsp using jdbc:mysql on mandriva.
But despite of entering correct port no(of mysql) and username, password, tomcat is returning message that resource() is not available. I checked following things, 1. mysqld service was running 2. and port no of tomcat and mysqld were not same But problem has not solved. what should be the problem. needs help.
