Tell us what program (in all above distros) you are using to log into the Sify network. I don't have Sify broadband, but vaguely recall that Sify needs a special client (on the Linux desktop) to connect to the 'Net. Google search "sify linux client" gives several hits. I had a cursory look at the top 3. You might want to try those solutions to solve your problem. > I have spoken to Sify guys also but they are not able to give any > solution, what should I do? PS - Please compose a "new" message for your problem rather than recycling message from another thread; changing the subject line is not a sufficient condition. Your posting has messed up the "I want to rewrite ..." thread in my KMail client. -- Arun Khan -- ______________________________________________________________________ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List: (plug-mail@plug.org.in) List Information: http://plug.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/plug-mail Send 'help' to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for mailing instructions.
