Maybe they have a IRC chat line (besides telephone line) or something which could also be helpful Good luck... I do not know what are the recommended versions of all these things but hope you are not trying to install latest version of Gcompris with older version of redhat or something like that, in which case *dependency mess* might be a best terms.
