Hi Nikhil, If the bad sectors are in continuos form then you can make partition accordingly and dont use the partition which have badsector. E.g. 40 gb hdd Bad sector at 20gb to 30 gb then make partion as 0 t0 19gb, 19gb to 31gb (Dont use it), 31gb to 40 gb.
