Hi ,
       I am trying to configure my airtel gprs. I am following the
instructions from this site
http://www.mobguru.com/Linux+GPRS+Bluetooth.htm

I am using Mandriva 2006 kernel 2.6.12-12 , I have installed the all
the Bluez packages from the link that is given on that page
(bluez-libs-2.25.tar.gz, bluez-utils-2.25.tar.gz,
bluez-firmware-1.1.tar.gz and  bluez-hcidump-1.30.tar.gz).
I have the following problm
when i do a bluetooth service restart (as per the instruction from the webpage)
i get this messege "Cannot find bluetooth service"
when i checked the /var/log/messege file it showed the following

localhost kernel: usb 1-2: USB disconnect, address 2
Feb 26 16:51:24 localhost kernel: usb 1-2: new full speed USB device
using uhci_hcd and address 3
Feb 26 16:51:34 localhost kernel: usb 1-2: device not accepting
address 3, error -110
Feb 26 16:51:34 localhost kernel: usb 1-2: new full speed USB device
using uhci_hcd and address 4
Feb 26 16:51:45 localhost udev[2974]: run_program: exec of program failed
Feb 26 16:51:45 localhost udev[2984]: run_program: exec of program failed
Feb 26 16:51:45 localhost udev[2988]: run_program: exec of program failed
Feb 26 16:51:45 localhost udev[2993]: run_program: exec of program failed
Feb 26 16:55:01 localhost login(pam_unix)[2680]: session closed for user root

i then just tried out the modprobe command given after and they worked
file but when i did hciconfig it showed the following thing

hci0:    Type: USB
    BD Address: 00:00:00:00:00:00 ACL MTU: 0:0 SCO MTU: 0:0
    DOWN
    RX bytes:0 acl:0 sco:0 events:0 errors:0
    TX bytes:0 acl:0 sco:0 commands:0 errors:0
