Subject: Re: [PLUG] BSNL Broadband query (again)

I am yet to know if its possible to get BSNL Broadband
or internet through telephone lines without telephone
bills, please help.

Yes it is. Broadband makes use of OFDM which uses high frequency carriers instead of your PSTN circuit switched network. Be assured your telephone bills would have nothing to do with the internet usage in case of broadband. A lot is happening in the consumer premise equipment space, there is WiMax [wireless microwave access] and technologies like passive optical networks.
Google can be your friend here.
