Yeh, it sure was slow/dead a couple of days back. Same at my office. Sumeet Moghe too had the same experience. An office collegue had called up BSNL to enquire. He was told "one of our exchanges was down for a few seconds"... Well I can't determine which word of it to write in CAPS. The entire sentence is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! ;-) Anyway, things are fine now.
