If the VRAM is set to 1 MB, GUI won't open. The setting is available in BIOS. For 14" & 15" monitor, ======================================= HorizSync 30.0 - 55.0 VertRefresh 50.0 - 120.0 ======================================= You can check out the horizontal and verticle refresh rates.
