Thanks for early help. I am trying to do this as Root and currently there is no other user available. I can not install fedora 3 due to a bug on Intel 845 motherboards, hence i have installed RH 9 first and then upgraded to Fedora 3. Also when I try to create new user 'user's home directories' at /home are created but i can not use that user name. It gives error as 'Can't rewrite password file' Please give details about solution to this problem. Thanks for help.
