"(some contents unreadable)".Same with /doc partition. regardless of the file manager you're using (although i'm tempted to believe that you're using nautilus), could it simply be that you (the common user) do not have enough privileges (or however that is spelt) to read some directories in /usr (which is quite natural) or /doc? your fsck output looks fine.
