On Fecora Core 2 the GNU General Public License can be found at the following
location: -
/usr/share/doc/HTML/en/common/gpl-license.html
/usr/share/doc/HTML/en/common/gpl-license.txt

On Knoppix 3.3 the GNU General Public License can be found at the following
location: -
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/common/gpl-license.html
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/common/gpl-license.txt
