Are they? Maybe they've taken the regular virus/worm attacks, BSOD's, reboots, etc, etc that come with using windows OS's are part of the game. Once they've used an OS that's "Install it, Boot it, Forget it" for some time, they might be convinced. One of the best example (that I can think off) of a convert is Vinod V.
