Hi everyone, I have downloaded the kernel version 2.6.8 from internet. I compiled it, installed it to boot. Now it is booting properly, but the preblem it could not load and kernel moudles, i mean it says that rmmod, insmod, lsmod, modprobe functions are not implemented. Then I downloaded the tarball of latest release of modutils compiled it, installed , But still I am facing the same problem, I could not load any modules. Even it gives failed status to some of the modules which need to be started at the bootup.
I can not connect to LAN, many of the drivers are not get loaded. Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem ?
