He's been using windows forever and is happy with it (no matter how much you explain to him the philosophy and benefit's of open source, why microsoft is evil and ol' billy is the devil incarnate.) Windows works for him and he's happy. He's probably a believer of the 'Don't fix it when it aint broke' policy.
