  KDE applications should define default actions, like Gnome, Windows and 
Android apps already do. The only issue is that until now it wasn't possible to 
do so, so we need to catch up.
  
  If the apps don't implement default actions and notifications don't do what 
the users expects, then I blame the app. The same way an app can implement a 
button that says "Close" and when clicked it pops up a picture of a cute cat.
