REVISION SUMMARY
if a configuration for applet geometries is already there,
use it when an applet is added.
this makes possible to do with desktop scripting:
cont.writeConfig("ItemsGeometries", "Applet-89:1104,384,256,240,0;");
cont.addWidget("org.kde.plasma.analogclock", 89);
