REVISION SUMMARY This allows applications to explicitly filter out actions for showing in "KDE". We deliberately do not follow the OnlyShowIn key as most 3rd party applications needlessly restrict their actions to Unity only and then we couldn't benefit from such shortcuts anymore. TEST PLAN Added NotShowIn=KDE; to various actions in Cantata, did not get stupid media controls for it anymore. I'll see if I can upstream that to them. However, they actually have "OnlyShowIn=Unity;" already so might be tough to convince them.
