Kubuntu 16.04 fresh install on PC doesn't allow any power management. Suspend
key doesn't work on the keyboard. If I go to System Settings/Startup and
Shutdown services/Background Services, I see Power Management service not
running. Then if I click start, I get:
Unable to start service powerdevil. Error: Message recipient disconnected from
message bus without replying.
The bug affects not only me. See
