Maybe we are too stuck with the general category labels. You can always
change that to one that is more inclusive and less specific. I would
suggest Desktop Settings, rather than Behavior, because that word seems
to exclude other kcms that could well fit the category.
The problem isn't foremost the naming, but the fact that the category
which is currently named "Desktop Behavior" would have too many KCMs in
it since so many things fit in there.
