This could be a special case because of the significant benefit it could bring
KDE — so unlike other features I don't think it's impossible, but you'd need to
convince a lot of people and very thoroughly test it, and then we should advise

What are people's thoughts on adding the donation popup into this last
Plasma 5 release? The popup for this could be set for January.
All very good points. If it's not possible that is understandable. I
just thought it was an opportunity to catch some of those Debian and
other distro users that still run Plasma 5 in our fundraising sooner.
