I don't think this is right.

This file is added below:

  systemConfigFiles = 
QDir(QLatin1String(SDDM_SYSTEM_CONFIG_DIR)).entryList(QDir::Files | 
QDir::NoDotAndDotDot, QDir::LocaleAware);

loops through every file in /etc/sddm.conf.d
