I would like to report as follows: application-starters shown on the desktop and stored in the home-folder "Schreibtisch" do not remain in order chosen once yet are automatically rearranged after every reboot. Furthermore the panel located on top of the screen hides some of the icons, which suddenly reappear, when panel-properties are activated. Is there an option to lock icons missing or did I simply not find it?
