Dear Michael, I'm not the same Martin who opened the bugreport. :)
Ok, after removing my user from the group sudo (and deleting this group at all) also pkexec works like intended. But I'm still puzzled that you call a group sudo that is not needed for using sudo but makes a different program pkexec provide root access for a user totally ignoring /etc/sudoers.
