Package: network-manager
Version: 1.6.2-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

- using kde plasma 5.8.6 / kde frameworks 5.28.0 / and wallet manager 16.08.3
any connection attempt with networkmanager leads to an password-query,
although all wifi-keys are still stored in kwallet.
- When trying to create a new connection, the password will not be stored in
kwallet anymore.
- I encountered this behaviour within the last 2 weeks (don't us wifi often),
it was working as designed before.

* What led up to the situation?
- Maybe on of the updated packages within the last 2 weeks

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
- Tried to create a new connection > password will not be stored in kwallet -
seems, networkmanager and kwallet are not working together anymore
- There is a similar kde-bug without using kwallet: https://bugs.kde.org/

That's not related to network-manager, as network-manager doesn't
directly interact with kwallet. It's most likely plasma-nm.

Please file a bug against the KDE network component you are using.

Regards,
Michael
