[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] NetworkManager bug fix

Hello, I requested a backport of network-manager on the debian-backports 
mailing list for bug fixes. However, I was sent in your direction having 
been told that I should request a stable release incorporating the fix. 
The bug I'm most conserned about is fixed by this commit: 
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/commit/?id=acee2eb9e4954eb33b85fa10a3522b8253271126

It fixes a bug in NetworkManager's ability to detect a failed 
connection, which is the feature I (and I'm sure others) need the most.
