There you have your problem:
You use policykit-1 from experimental which uses systemd-logind as
backend but you don't have a logind session registered.
An educated guess is, that you don't have libpam-systemd installed
(which is installed by default via recommends).
Which package recommends it? As I have the problem on all my machines I
assume, I got no recommends at all. So please add the recommends before
closing
