Only the RJ-45 network @ 10 Gb/s is impacted by this failure and cannot be launched. Only a reboot can resolve the problem.Incidentally, it would be excellent if we could use the tool to automatically initialize the network during the installation process, but in post-installation so as to restart it to resolve hardware support issues.
That does not show any NetworkManager specific log messages, i.e. it's not a NetworkManager trace log, thus not useful.
