I can confirm that this bug affects me in Bookworm + Pipewire with this hardware (and a DisplayPort->HDMI adapter):

edit /etc/default/grub to add GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="intel_iommu=on,igfx_off"
