Sure, but since it's not a security fix, we will have to follow the "proposed-updates" mechanism [1]. That means it will land in the debian archive with the next point release. We can anyway already prepare the package, thus I just created a new branch "debian/bookworm-updates" on salsa [2]. I don't have much time this week, so feel free to propose a MR, or I will prepare when time permits.
