   * What led up to the situation?
Fresh install of Debian 11 Bullseye with a Live ISO and non free
drivers. After the fresh install the commend "journalctl -xb -p 3" displayed
the following error messages:
Aug 17 15:18:52 linuxpc pipewire[1001]: Failed to receive portal pid:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NameHasNoOwner: Could not get PID of name
'org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop': no such name

org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NameHasNoOwner: Could not get PID of name
'org.freedesktop.portal.Desktop': no such name

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I checked that my audio is working - okay
I checked if pipewire is evening installed - no
I read the Arch Wiki article about pipewire to check for some known issues.
I did a research in the internet and found a similar bug report for Mageia 8 -
however the solution did not apply

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Outcome of the actions: I gathered the information I could. A solution could
not be identified yet.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I am just trying to check the system startup after a fresh install and a
typically try to resolve all issues identified in order to provide a maximum
stability.
