Importing OpenVPN config, with no default route, make it be imported with
default route installed anyway.

Disabling manually this in "IPv4 Settings -> Routes... -> Use this
connection only for resources on its network", stops it intsalling a
default route, but exporting the config, and then importing it back, it
does not preserve that setting.

This would need changes on the OpenVPN side first.
