Dear Maintainer,
When trying to connect to OpenWRT access point running in WPA2/WPA3
compatibility mode, I can only connect in WPA2-psk, not WPA3-sae.
Connecting in WPA3 from Mac OS X works.
Using nmtui or Network-Manager I need to edit connection settings to
WPA/WPA2 mode. Then Network-Manager claims to connect in WPA3, but I
doubt it is WPA3 as my seeings are only for WPA/WPA2.
The problem was also described here on GITLAB Network-manager:

It was fixed ten months ago in 1.20.2 but the problem remains.

Apparently 1.30.2 network-manager should sort this, but that
is too new for the version in bullseye. Currently building a
backport to test =).
Let's close this for 1.30.2
If it's still an issue, please report back and ideally follow up at the
upstream bug report.
