systemd-timesyncd.service fail at boot with:

systemd[1]: systemd-timesyncd.service: Service has no hold-off time, scheduling 
restart.

systemd[1]: Stopped Network Time Synchronization.
systemd[1]: systemd-timesyncd.service: Start request repeated too quickly.

problably related to "DefaultRestartSec" or "DefaultStart*" settings within 
/etc/systemd/system.cong
witch controlles start/stop/restart of background services..
