Package: systemd Version: 234-1 Severity: critical Justification: breaks unrelated software
I usually login on tty1 via getty and then switch to X via startx. Downgrading systemd to 233-10 solves the bug for me (even though getty@.service still contains the empty LC_ variables, but fortunatelly they are not propagated to my terminals).
