Hi. The error message is systremd-udevd : swq 598 `/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:08.0/net/eth1` is taking a long time. After this i have the one normal interface like eth0 and the other have renameX. This is in Vbox enviroment. I have tried to disable predictable names but it does not affect the boot process time. I could try to set this names by udev rules but i dont think this is normal behaviour. I did not try this on physical pc, because i dont know if some of the pcs could handle debian9.
I hope this will help.
