I can't really comment on the bug report as such, but it doesn't look like it's a Debian specific issue. So it would be great if you can raise this upstream at https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
