With 219-2 from experimental, the parameter -F (or -f) is silently ignored and running "shutdown -F now" will shutdown the system without an error message. There is no warning logged, that this parameter is no longer supported. -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
