Since version 1.10.1-2 rauc build-depends on:
systemd, systemd-dev | systemd (<< 254.1-3~)
. Even though this isn't the construct suggested in the bug report, it's
good enough to not suffer when systemd drops its dependency on
systemd-dev. So I'm closing.
(The reason I want to keep it this way is to make rauc buildable without
backports in stable, which simplifies things for me a bit.)
