Hi, I'm trying to generate systemd deb package with the command "dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -b --host-arch armhf -d" How to disable tests ? because they can not be passed when sources are cross-compiled.

That said, I personally would probably pull the source package from snapshots.debian.org ¹ and apply your patch to this version and then use the typical debian tools to build the package.
